|
||
Arguments:
|
||
- `fn`: the function
|
||
- `length`: the new length. Must be an integer between 0 and 2**32.
|
||
- `loose`: Optional. If true, and the length fails to be set, do not throw. Default false.
|
||
|
||
Returns `fn`.
|
||
|
||
