- **`correspondence_recipients`**: FK changed from `correspondence_revisions(correspondence_id)` → `correspondences(id)`

#### Schema Refactoring
- **`correspondences`**: Reordered columns, `discipline_id` now inline (no ALTER TABLE)
- **`correspondence_revisions`**:
  - Renamed: `title` → `subject`
