- Regenerate pnpm-lock.yaml with Node.js v24.15.0

- Update CHANGELOG.md with v1.8.11 entry

- Update README.md: version 1.8.11, Node.js requirement v24.15.0

- All tests pass: backend 340/340, frontend 137/137
